Gault&Millau Weinguide

Since 2001, Otto Geisel is a steady member of the Gault&Millau wine guide tasting team. While in the beginning his assessed area was Franconia, nowadays he takes care of the region Baden (since 2008) and the Palatinate region (since 2017). In cooperation with the managing editor Britta Wiegelmann, they aim to acknowledge the excellent work of the German wine makers and foster further development. Their engagement should ensure the diversity in wine flavour and prevent its unification.
